Bayfolk Quartet

All Members of the Maties Jazz Society and BAYFOLK, perform at various corporate functions and live events. With the Maties Jazz Society, they performed a range of jazz standards in different ensemble settings, while BAYFOLK allowed them to perform a mix of original music, jazz, pop covers and South African repertoire.

These performances have given them valuable experience adapting to different audiences, venues and musical settings while maintaining a professional and flexible approach to live performance.

Inspired by the ocean air, late-night sessions, and the people of the bay, the band brings honest music with soul, spontaneity, and heart.
